Delivery via Royal Mail
As a small independent business, we aim to dispatch all orders received before 2:00 pm (UK time) on the same working day. Occasionally this may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders received after 2:00 pm, or over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday, will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your Royal Mail tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
International Deliveries
All overseas orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked, providing a fully tracked service for added peace of mind. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight and any applicable export-related charges. For orders shipped to the USA, the shipping cost includes the current tariff-related charge required before the parcel can be sent. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.

At Pencil Perfect, every order is carefully checked, securely wrapped and packed to help ensure your art supplies arrive in perfect condition.
If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service and will always do my best to resolve any genuine issues quickly and fairly.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, ideally with photographs of the item and packaging. I will arrange an appropriate solution, whether that is a replacement, exchange or refund.
If you have changed your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original unopened packaging.
Please note that the cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or has been supplied in error. For your own protection, I recommend using a tracked postal service, as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost during their return.
Because I sell specialist art materials, opened, used, tested or swatched products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or supplied in error. Once a product has been opened or used, I am unable to resell it as new.
Please take a moment to read the product description, photographs and specifications carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your needs, I am always happy to answer any questions before you purchase.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty:
Opened or used pencils, pens, markers, paints or other art materials.
Special order or personalised items.
