These colored pencils are artists' quality pencils for every level of expertise.

Pencils contain high quality pigments for a rich color saturation and feature soft; thick cores which create a smooth color lay-down for superior blending and shading

Due to the poor quality control of Prismacolor, some pencil do arrive with some small hairline cracks in the paintwork. Prismacolor have a very high wax content and occasionally can have broken cores. This problem can be fixed by placing them in a warm place to allow the wax to go soft and then in a cool place for them to reset.

These small problems are always associated with prisms, and neither will affect the use of these pencils

Therefore I cannot take any responsibility for broken cores or hairline cracks.
